About Outdoor Accents Orlando
Building Better Outdoor Kitchens for Central Florida Homes
An outdoor kitchen should be built for more than just how it looks on installation day. In Central Florida, it needs to be designed with the heat, humidity, rain, and demanding outdoor environment in mind.
That's the philosophy behind Outdoor Accents Orlando.
Founded by lifelong friends Angelo Brasch and Isaias Cruz, Outdoor Accents Orlando was created with a straightforward goal: to build better, more durable outdoor kitchens for Central Florida homeowners.
After years of experience in the local pool and outdoor living industry, Angelo and Isaias saw an opportunity to improve the way outdoor kitchens were designed and constructed. They recognized that many conventional outdoor kitchen systems relied on materials that could eventually rust, corrode, or deteriorate when exposed to Florida's climate.
Rather than accepting that as the standard, they developed a different approach.
Today, Outdoor Accents Orlando specializes in custom outdoor kitchen construction focused on durability, precision, functionality, and thoughtful design.
Our Story: A Better Approach to Outdoor Kitchen Construction
Outdoor Accents Orlando began with a simple observation: the materials and construction methods used in an outdoor kitchen matter just as much as the design.
A beautiful outdoor kitchen isn't much of an investment if the structure underneath it isn't designed to withstand the environment.
That's why we chose to build our custom outdoor kitchens around all-aluminum framing.
Unlike steel, aluminum does not rust. This makes it an excellent material for outdoor kitchen construction, particularly in Florida's humid environment.
Our approach is designed to give homeowners a strong structural foundation while providing the flexibility needed to create truly customized outdoor living spaces.
From the initial layout to the finished countertops, cabinetry, appliances, and decorative finishes, our goal is to create an outdoor kitchen that feels like a permanent part of your home rather than an afterthought added to the backyard.
Why We Build Outdoor Kitchens With Aluminum
The frame is the foundation of an outdoor kitchen.
Outdoor Accents Orlando uses custom all-aluminum frame construction to create a durable structural system designed for outdoor environments.
Because aluminum does not rust, it offers an important advantage over traditional steel framing when exposed to moisture and humidity.
For Central Florida homeowners, that distinction matters.
Your outdoor kitchen may be exposed to:
-
Florida heat and intense sunlight
-
Heavy rain and moisture
-
High humidity
-
Frequent temperature changes
-
Poolside moisture and splashing
-
Everyday wear from cooking and entertaining
Our aluminum construction approach is designed with those conditions in mind.
We don't simply focus on creating an outdoor kitchen that looks impressive when it's completed. We focus on building the structure behind that finished appearance to provide the durability and functionality homeowners expect from a long-term investment.
Built With a Heavy-Duty Cabinet Substrate
Our attention to durability continues beyond the frame.
Each cabinet is sheathed with ½-inch concrete fiber board, creating a strong substrate for the finished exterior materials.
This allows us to create a solid foundation for custom:
-
Stone
-
Tile
-
Decorative veneers
-
Countertop materials
-
Other exterior finishes
The result is a construction system designed to support the finished appearance of your outdoor kitchen while providing a durable foundation underneath.
For homeowners investing in a custom outdoor kitchen, the materials that aren't immediately visible can be just as important as the finishes everyone sees.
Truly Custom Outdoor Kitchen Design
Your backyard isn't a standard floor plan, so your outdoor kitchen shouldn't be either.
One of the biggest advantages of working with Outdoor Accents Orlando is the ability to create a kitchen around the actual characteristics of your property.
We can design around:
-
Unique backyard layouts
-
Existing patios
-
Pool decks
-
Covered lanais
-
Outdoor entertaining areas
-
Property slopes
-
Existing architectural features
-
Appliance requirements
-
Plumbing and electrical needs
-
Storage requirements
-
Your preferred cooking and entertaining style
Rather than forcing your space to accommodate a prefabricated cabinet system, our custom construction approach allows the kitchen to be designed around your property.
That means a better fit, a cleaner finished appearance, and a more functional outdoor living environment.
Precision Engineering for a Better Fit
A custom outdoor kitchen should look intentional from every angle.
Our construction approach is designed to provide precise fitting and clean lines without relying on excessive shimming or awkward adjustments to compensate for an imperfect fit.
Our 2-inch aluminum wall system also helps maximize usable interior cabinet space.
That additional space can make a meaningful difference when your outdoor kitchen needs to accommodate appliances, plumbing, electrical components, cookware, serving items, and everyday storage.
Good outdoor kitchen design isn't just about making the exterior look beautiful.
It's also about making the space work.
More Than an Outdoor Kitchen
Over the years, our work has expanded beyond the traditional outdoor cooking area.
Today's outdoor living spaces can become complete destinations for cooking, dining, entertaining, and relaxing.
Our custom projects can incorporate features such as:
Built-In Grills
Create a dedicated cooking station designed around the way you grill and entertain.
Custom Pergolas
Add shade, structure, and architectural character to your outdoor living environment.
Outdoor Bars
Give guests a place to gather, socialize, and enjoy drinks while keeping the main cooking area organized.
Outdoor Refrigeration & Appliances
Keep food, beverages, and cooking essentials close at hand rather than constantly traveling between the indoor and outdoor kitchen.
Built-In Dishwashers
Make entertaining easier by incorporating convenient cleanup directly into the outdoor kitchen.
Custom Storage
Create dedicated storage for cookware, utensils, serving pieces, grilling equipment, and other outdoor essentials.
Every feature should have a purpose. Our goal is to help homeowners create an outdoor environment that supports how they actually live and entertain.

Our Philosophy: Build It Right From the Beginning
At Outdoor Accents Orlando, we believe that quality starts beneath the surface.
The countertop, stone, tile, appliances, and finishes are the elements homeowners see first. But the structure supporting those features plays an equally important role in the longevity and performance of the outdoor kitchen.
That's why our approach emphasizes:
1
Durability
We select construction methods designed specifically for outdoor environments and Central Florida conditions.
2
Precision
We focus on accurate construction and clean integration between the different components of your outdoor kitchen.
3
Customization
We design around your property rather than forcing a prefabricated system into a space where it doesn't belong.
4
Functionality
Storage, appliances, preparation areas, entertaining space, and access should all work together.
5
Craftsmanship
The finished product should reflect careful attention to the details that make a custom outdoor kitchen feel complete.
Creating Outdoor Spaces for Real Life
At the end of the day, an outdoor kitchen isn't really about the cabinets, appliances, countertops, or construction materials.
It's about what happens there.
It's weekend dinners with your family.
It's having friends over for a backyard barbecue.
It's preparing a meal while your kids swim in the pool.
It's gathering around the outdoor bar after dinner.
It's enjoying a beautiful Central Florida evening without having to leave your backyard.
Those are the moments we want our outdoor kitchens to make possible.
That's why we approach every project as more than a construction job. We're creating a permanent part of your home's outdoor living environment.
