At Outdoor Accents Orlando, we are committed to delivering high-quality construction and building services. Due to the nature of our work, materials procurement, scheduling commitments, and labor allocation, all payments made are non-refundable.

Project Cancellation by Client

If a client chooses to cancel a project after signing a contract:

Any payments made up to the cancellation date remain non-refundable.
The client is responsible for payment for all work completed and materials purchased up to the date of cancellation.
Special-order or custom materials cannot be returned or refunded.

Warranty & Corrections

While refunds are not provided, we stand behind our workmanship. If there is an issue directly related to our workmanship and covered under your contract warranty:

We will inspect the issue.
If verified, we will repair or correct the work according to the terms of the contract.

This correction policy does not constitute a refund.
